Thai Honda Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (“Honda”, “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Therefore, this Privacy Policy ("Policy") has been developed to provide details about the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "processing"), covering your direct communication with us or your communication through other means, e.g., visiting our website, downloading, or using Honda applications ("Honda App"). Honda will process your personal data under the framework of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA") and as stipulated by other relevant laws.
1. Scope of application
“Personal data” herein means information that can directly or indirectly identify an individual living person. This Policy covers the entire processing of personal data performed by Honda for personal data of (1) individual customers, who may be current, past or future customers, including legal representatives of customers who are juristic persons; (2) employees, officers, personnel who currently work with Honda, including those who worked or wish to work with Honda in the future, regardless of whether the contracts made with Honda were for permanent or temporary employment; (3) our shareholders who are individual persons, including legal representatives of shareholders who are juristic persons; (4) managing directors authorized to act on behalf of juristic persons, Honda's authorized representatives; (5) Partner, contracting parties, business partners and dealers who are individual persons, including legal representatives of such parties; (6) Service provider, contractor, lessor, lessee, licensor ,licensee, who are individual persons, including legal representatives of such parties (7) employees, including outsourced workers, probationers, and interns; (8) persons who have participated in Honda's activities or activities that Honda collaborated with other organizations which personal data were processed; (9) persons who had disclosed or transferred their personal data to data controllers or processors, who then disclosed or transferred such personal data to Honda;; and (10) any other persons who are the co-owners of personal data with the persons specified in (1) - (10) and whose personal data are processed by Honda.
This Policy also applies to the processing of personal data on website pages, mobile applications, customer service center, events and exhibitions, and any other means that Honda used for processing of personal data. However, this Policy does not cover personal data that you have provided to us through any other channels that are not in our direct control such as social networks (e.g., Facebook, Line, Instagram, Twitter), including the case where you have purchased products or used services from dealers, persons or organizations which are authorized by us. In such case, if you wish to obtain details of data processing or request for exercise your rights under the PDPA, please contact those persons or organizations directly.
In the cases where we had collected your personal data before the PDPA came into force, Honda has the right to continue processing of the personal data for the original purposes without having your consent. However, once the PDPA fully came into force and you no longer need us to continue to collect and use your personal data for such purposes, you may contact us to stop collecting or using your personal data through contact channels as provided in Section 12 (Contact) of this Policy.

We may collect your personal data as follows:

- - Details related to the connection between Honda website or Honda App: your operating system, your web browsers, details of devices you use, such as serial numbers, MAC addresses and geographical locations for the connection, etc.

3. Purposes of collecting personal data
We may process personal data collected from you for the following purposes:

5. Collection of sensitive data
We may need to collect your sensitive data such as religion, blood group, race, health data, fingerprint, disability, labor union, criminal record, and other similar data which is stipulated by relevant laws or regulation, that is important for your benefit by asking your consent to disclose such data either in document or electronic format. Unless the consent is not required by law. You are entitled to decide whether or not to give consent to disclose the sensitive data as your intention. If necessary, we would inform you that collecting the sensitive data is necessary in this case, especially when it is for your own benefit such as preparation of food or a suitable place, provision of benefit and welfare, or medical treatment.

Transfer of personal data to other parties, namely our affiliates, authorized persons, trade partners and / or service providers, accountants, auditors, consultants, lawyers and other professional advisors in Thailand or overseas countries and / or relevant third parties selected by us or by those receiving personal data from us as aforesaid will be made carefully to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, taking into account adequate standard of personal data protection. However, the exercising of the right to be forgotten will not affect the processing of personal data for which you have lawfully given consent.

- - Right to lodge a complaint: In the event that you are aware of a breach of the personal data protection law, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant authorities immediately.
We reserve the right to reject your request in order to protect your benefits or by the rights assigned by law, including in the event that you are unable to verify your identity as the actual data subject. For the exercise of these rights, we may charge a fee to you in certain circumstances, with the amount of such fee being at Honda's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
